Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all wig sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully read the full wig description, including length, density, cap size, texture, and customization details before completing your purchase.

ADJUSTMENTS

We understand that minor fit adjustments may be needed.
Adjustments to wigs are accepted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Please contact us promptly if you require an adjustment.

Adjustment services do not include full restyling or complete reconstruction of the wig.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

• Ship within 1–2 business days

• Shipping time: standard carrier delivery estimates apply

       Custom Wig Orders

• Processing time: 10–14 business days

• Shipping time: 1–3 business days after completion

       Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
