Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the custom and hygienic nature of our wigs.

If you experience an issue with your order, wig adjustments or minor fixes are accepted within 3 days of receiving your item. You must contact us within that timeframe to be eligible.

Wigs must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition to qualify for any approved adjustment.
